Postpartum Support

As a Postpartum Doula, my role is to support the wellness of the new mother by preparing nourishing food, assisting with newborn care, overnight newborn care so parents can rest, sibling support, light household work, as well as being an emotional support for the new mother during such a big transition.

Sleep Consulting

Sleep consulting with me looks like one to two weeks of unlimited support including an initial phone consult, a sleep plan (catered to your childs unique needs, with your families values and ideals considered), unlimited support via text for one to two weeks.
